The course of the river is always simplified has been published in a collaborative project initiated by artists Cătălina Nistor and Dan Beudean in 2019 in Cluj (Romania). It has no title, and its content consists of contributions from invited artists, including finished works, sketches, journal pages, and texts. Each issue features contributions from 4 to 6 artists. The only information provided is a list of the artists’ names, published annually in the final issue. For the past three years, the publication has been released every two months. It is self-financed and distributed free of charge, with an edition of 1,000 copies.
